Hidden divergence is a technical condition that occurs between the price on the chart and the MACD histogram indicator (though other indicators can also be used). This setup helps traders join an ongoing trend at the most optimal timing, allowing you to ride the trend effectively. Key tips for trading with hidden divergence: For Bullish Hidden Divergence (Buying): - Identify a clear price structure of higher highs and higher lows. - After a correction down, look for higher lows on the chart and lower lows on the MACD indicator. - Confirm that the lower time frame supports the trading direction. - Ensure there's nothing against your trade on the higher time frame. Make sure the risk-reward ratio is in your favour. For Bearish Hidden Divergence (Selling): - Identify a clear price structure of lower highs and lower lows. - After a correction up, look for lower highs on the chart and higher highs on the MACD indicator. - Confirm that the lower time frame supports the trading direction. - Ensure there's nothing against your trade on the higher time frame. - Make sure the risk-reward ratio is in your favour. In this video, I took two trade example directly from our trades at Home Trader Club - 👉 Visit Home Trader Club: https://HomeTraderClub.com/ These are GBPUSD buy trade and SILVER (XAGUSD) buy trade, GBPUSD - We took a bullish trade with the break of the weekly range \ triangle pattern, and we found bullish price action on the daily chart followed by a bullish hidden divergence. Then, on 4H, we wanted a pullback to the trigger zone, and we went buy. SILVER - On silver, the logic of the buy trade was the following - Weekly is a bullish trend followed by a bullish hidden divergence. The daily had a regular bullish divergence on the MACD histogram, and the 4H created a bullish divergence to verify the buy trade. Our plan was a pullback to the trigger zone, and 4H built a bullish hidden divergence for us to trigger the buy.
