There will always be different ideas about how often to trade, how long to hold a position and when to enter or exit the market. But, there are three main styles and strategies at the core of trading. Although your trading style will be unique to you and the aims set out in your trading plan, there are three popular styles you can choose from. In order of duration, these are: 1. Swing Trading, 2. Day Trading, 3. Scalp Trading.
