"What's your morning routine like?

My morning routine is really important to me. I feel much calmer when I follow it compared to just waking up and going straight to work. Here's what I do:- From 7 to 7:30 AM, I wake up, tidy up my place a bit.- At 8 AM, I take a shower and get ready.- Around 8:15 AM, I read my positive affirmations and gratitude list.- Then, at 8:30 AM, I check the stock market and make a plan for the day.- At 9 AM, I meditate for 10-20 minutes.- By 9:30 AM, I start trading. How about your morning routine?"

5am wakeup

5:15am to 5:30am - Meditation

5:30am - Coffee

5:30am to 5:45am - Journaling/daily goal setting

5:45am to 6:00am - Check news/ForexFactory

6:00am - Start charting and start the trading day

Work until 10am ish

1:00pm - Gym

Lunch after and enjoy the day

Studying/chart setup gets done sometimes at night. I don't really trade Asia anymore. Just finished my chart setup and replying to reddit, should probably get to sleep lol

I wake up and get prepared for my first live stream ( if my live stream is in the morning). I have my breakfast and prepare to trade the London session ( if it is a trading day), if there is no trade I will be backtesting. Time then passes and I will prepare for the NY trading session but if theres no trade I will just relax and watch some videos. Thats my daily routine.
