The US DOLAR INDEX (USDX, DXY) is a BASKET of Currencies that MEASURES the STRENGHT and/or WEAKNESS AGAINST the US DOLLAR! In Other words: When the USDX is moving up – all the Other USD-related pairs should move down. Or When the USDX is bearish (any time-frame) the corresponded conter currency it should be bullish. ** Even if the AUD and NZD and Other currencies are NOT part of the USDX, They tend to gravitate as well as the Other currencies that are part of the USDX**
