那回到我分享的目的，就是介绍金融衍生品的定义，怎么通过它的4个特点识别它，它的2种交易类别，OTC and Exchange traded。

可以看出金融危机是与它有关，但并不是源于它，它只是一个工具，可以控制风险也可以制造风险的工具。就比如你头疼可以去按医嘱去吃止疼片，有用有效，头疼消失。但是你把一把止止痛片都吃了你就伤害了自己。
