Chapter 16  The steps of trader training

In fact, trader training can be categorized into three levels. The first level involves candidate screening. Due to the high volume of applicants, it is not feasible to interview every candidate, and effective screening must be conducted before allocating interview resources. Our current trading room has two main screening criteria. The first is to assess the candidate's understanding of their own personality through psychological testing, which includes a combination of personality self-assessment scales and situational tests. The second criterion is their academic and analytical background. We typically prefer candidates with scientific backgrounds over those with humanities backgrounds, based on our accumulated experience over the years.
Once candidates pass the initial screening and interview process, they enter the trader training program, which is the second level. The program includes training in coin toss trading, basic pattern training for price volatility, psychological personality testing and stress training, mainstream investment philosophy trading logic interpretation, and trading model solidification training. The aim of the training is to produce traders who possess basic trading stability, which is demonstrated/>
