How do you understand and implement "trading plan, plan transaction"? Trading plans and planned transactions are two aspects. Today we will analyze these two aspects from a practical perspective. To put it simply, the trading plan is to write down your plan before you trade. This plan is mainly formulated according to your own trading system

.

But some frameworks are still unified. Next, I will show my real trading plan and explain how to analyze it.

(a page from my trading plan)

Direction : First of all, you make a judgment on the current market direction according to your system, and then follow the direction you determine to make a transaction that suits you.

In this market, we can clearly see that he is in the form of a contracting triangle. At present, our main operation strategy is to enter the market and make orders when he effectively breaks through.

Entry and exit signals : The basis for your entry and exit is provided by your trading system. For example: I enter the market based on the signal of the moving average, and exit the market using the trend line, as long as your orders before and after the transaction are consistent.

The above is done according to my own trading system, the entry and exit signals are also very clear, and they are also consistent in the previous orders.

Setting of stop loss and take profit : The stop loss is different according to the role of each order, but the largest stop loss must also be within your own risk control range. Because I trade with the trend, I will not set a stop profit when the market is trending, but will only give him a signal to exit the market. In the volatile market, there will be a profit stop point, as long as the profit and loss ratio of 1:1.5 can be given.

Position : I usually choose 10% of the total position to enter the market, and the maximum position will not exceed 30%. Summed up in the long-term historical orders, according to my system and positions of this proportion, the maximum retracement will not be 30%. Position control will directly affect your rate of return. The same signal, different positions, your results will be different, the reason is because your number of positions added and winning rate are different.

Planned trading

The direct point about planned trading is whether you can execute your plan?
Do you have enough confidence in your own trading system for you to execute it without hesitation?
Do you doubt your trading plan when you lose money in a row?

The above questions need to be reflected and summarized by yourself. If there are no problems above, if you still can’t execute it, you can try to find an order assistant to help you execute it; or write it as an EA and use a computer to help you execute it.

In the final analysis, "trading plan, plan trading" is directly related to how confident you are in your trading system! The unity of knowledge and action is really simple to say, and it is really complicated to say that it is complicated. The simplicity lies in the execution, and the complexity lies in the heart.
