The essence of trading is an industry in which a few people succeed and many people fail. Nine deaths are the best interpretation of this industry. It is more like a level-breaking game, and there are very few people who can really pass the level...
Then, I divide the transaction process into eight levels, as follows:
The trend system is the first level
It is also an entry level: follow the trend to pass, and go against the trend to resist. But many people always like to hunt for the bottom and find the top, and move against the trend.
Fund management is the second level
It is also a matter of life and death: if you have a light warehouse, you will survive, but if you have a heavy warehouse, you will perish. But many people always like to operate with heavy positions and fight with full positions.
Execution is the third level
It is also a character test: if you implement it, you will advance, if you do not, you will retreat. But many people always like to trade with a sense of the market and reject execution.
Simplicity is the fourth level
It is also the natural gate: simplicity leads to safety, complexity leads to danger. But many people are always looking for complex technical trading tricks.
Persistence is the fifth level
It is also the level of will: if you persevere, you will win, if you give up, you will lose. But many people always give up when they encounter temporary setbacks.
Repetition is the sixth level
It is also a matter of belief: repetition leads to victory, distraction leads to defeat. But many people don't always have the perseverance to do one thing repeatedly.
Stable success is the seventh level
It is also the gate of departure: stability lasts for a long time, and turbulence stops. But many people are always chasing short-term windfall profits rather than compound interest.
The heart is like still water is the eighth level
It is also the gate of enlightenment: the unity of heaven and man, the unity of Taoism, and the unity of knowledge and action, so that we can do nothing without doing anything. Mountains are still mountains, and water is still water.
The first seven levels are completed in one go, and all of them are indispensable. If there is a problem in any level, all previous efforts will be wasted.
In the whole world, there are very few people who can pass these eight levels and make stable profits all their lives.
And a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
Everything is difficult at the beginning, whether it is good or bad, rich or poor, whether it is loss or profit, it must be consistent. Maybe, the next person who gets the Tao will be you!
