How to be flexible when trading?
I have been doing foreign exchange since 2013, and now I have a debt of 140,000 yuan, and another job income of 8,000 yuan, because my partner in this industry has also left. When I was trading, my subconscious mind always wanted to get it back, and I lost countless positions for this reason. Later, I started to set trading goals, but after reaching the trading goals, I still wanted to make more money, so I exploded three positions and lost a total of 50,000 in a row. At the same time, it also created the best trading record, with stable profits for 15 consecutive days, and 9 consecutive days of stable profits, and then it exploded in an unexpected market. I obviously felt like a puppet. During this period, the state gradually lost control. Please advise? ? ?
"What's your morning routine like?
My morning routine is really important to me. I feel much calmer when I follow it compared to just waking up and going straight to work. Here's what I do:- From 7 to 7:30 AM, I wake up, tidy up my place a bit.- At 8 AM, I take a shower and get ready.- Around 8:15 AM, I read my positive affirmations and gratitude list.- Then, at 8:30 AM, I check the stock market and make a plan for the day.- At 9 AM, I meditate for 10-20 minutes.- By 9:30 AM, I start trading. How about your morning routine?"
