How to be flexible when trading?
I have been doing foreign exchange since 2013, and now I have a debt of 140,000 yuan, and another job income of 8,000 yuan, because my partner in this industry has also left. When I was trading, my subconscious mind always wanted to get it back, and I lost countless positions for this reason. Later, I started to set trading goals, but after reaching the trading goals, I still wanted to make more money, so I exploded three positions and lost a total of 50,000 in a row. At the same time, it also created the best trading record, with stable profits for 15 consecutive days, and 9 consecutive days of stable profits, and then it exploded in an unexpected market. I obviously felt like a puppet. During this period, the state gradually lost control. Please advise? ? ?
"What's your morning routine like?
My morning routine is really important to me. I feel much calmer when I follow it compared to just waking up and going straight to work. Here's what I do:- From 7 to 7:30 AM, I wake up, tidy up my place a bit.- At 8 AM, I take a shower and get ready.- Around 8:15 AM, I read my positive affirmations and gratitude list.- Then, at 8:30 AM, I check the stock market and make a plan for the day.- At 9 AM, I meditate for 10-20 minutes.- By 9:30 AM, I start trading. How about your morning routine?"
What conditions are needed to achieve stable profitability?
There are 3 major elements of stable and profitable trading: 1. Stable system 2. Stable execution 3. Stable mentality. The three elements of profitability complement each other and influence each other.A good system guides good execution, good execution brings good results, good results bring good mood, and good mood will in turn promote execution. But having said that, any mature trading system, including the original system, can only solve the first basic element. And stable execution and stable mentality cannot be solved by any system itself. A system is only a method of trading, not the result of trading. To form a profitable state of sustainable operation, not only the system is needed, but also one's own trading quality. Without any one piece, the wheel of profitability cannot move forward.
Since when did you feel that trading is not that complicated?
Let me talk about myself, when I came into contact with currency, I found it very simple. Isn’t it just buying and selling currency, and there is no time limit. Later, when I really started trading, especially when I came into contact with indicators, I found it very difficult. Some indicators even have names. I couldn’t read it well, and after I studied it thoroughly, I found that the market was not as docile as I imagined, and losses were common, and my mentality collapsed...Why do I think trading is from simple to difficult, but Isn't it getting simpler and simpler as everyone said? Do you feel the same way?
How do you handle when you're in the "wrong trade"?
I heard from trading masters that transactions are divided into correct transactions and incorrect transactions. Profit orders may be wrong transactions, and loss orders may also be correct transactions. How do you define "wrong trade"? What is the most impressive mistake you made? What kind of result? What enlightenment did it have on your subsequent orders? I hope you guys can share it, thank you!
