I feel much calmer when I follow it compared to just waking up and going straight to work.Here's what I do:- From 7 to 7:30 AM, I wake up, tidy up my place a bit.- At 8 AM, I take a shower and get ready.- Around 8:15 AM, I read my positive affirmations and gratitude list.- Then, at 8:30 AM, I check the stock market and make a plan for the day.- At 9 AM, I meditate for 10-20 minutes.- By 9:30 AM, I start trading.How about your morning routine?"
